बार्षिक साधारण सभाAnnual General Meeting
यस गाँउ विकास वचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लि. चैनपुर-६ को मिति -२०८३/०५/२२ गते बसेको संचालक समितिको बैठक निर्णय बमोजिम संस्थाको १५ औ एकाईगत वार्षिक साधारण सभा सहकारी विभागले जारि गरेको सहकारी संस्थाको साधारण सभा ( कार्यव्यावस्था ) निर्देशिका २०७६ अनुसार तपशिल बमोजिमका प्रस्तावहरु माथि छलफल गर्न तपशिल बमोजिम स्थान र समयमा एकाईगत साधारण सभा सम्पन्न हुने भएकोले आफ्नो क्षेत्रमा हुने एकाइगत साधारण सभामा उपस्थित भई कार्यक्रम सफल बनाइ दिन हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौ ।
१५ औ एकाइगत बार्षिक साधारण सभामा पेश हुने प्रस्तावहरु ।
1. संचालक समितिको तर्फ बाट अध्यक्षको प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत तथा अनुमोदन सम्बन्धमा ।
2. लेखा सुपरिवेक्षण समितिको तर्फवाट लेखा समिति संयोजकको प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत तथा अनुमोदन सम्बन्धमा ।
3. आ.व.2082/083 को लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन सम्बन्धमा ।
4. आ.व. 2082/083 को बार्षीक कार्ययोजना तथा बजेट कार्यन्वयन समिक्षा सम्बन्धमा ।
5. आ.व 2083 / 084 को लेखा परीक्षण नियुक्ति र पारीश्रमिक सम्बन्धमा ।
6. संचालक समीतिले 2082/04/01 देखी 2083/03/32 गते सम्म गरेका महत्वपुर्ण निर्णयहरु अनुमोदन सम्बन्धमा ।
7. आ.व. 2082 / 083 को शेयर लाभांस तथा संम्रक्षित पुंजी कोष वितरण गर्ने सम्बन्धमा ।
8. सहकारी जिल्ला संघ र केन्द्रिय संघमा प्रतिनिधि पठाउने सम्बन्धमा ।
9. शेयर सदस्य र सुभचिन्तकहरुबाट आएका सुझावहरु कार्यन्वयन सम्बन्धमा ।
10. वार्षिक कार्ययोजना 2083 / 084 को अनुमोदन सम्बन्धमा ।
11. सभाको निर्णय प्रमाणित गर्ने उपस्थिति एकाइ साधारणसभा प्रतिनिधिहरुबाट प्रतिनिधि छनौट सम्बन्धमा ।

Notice for the 15th Unit-wise Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice Publication Date: 2083/06/01 (September 17, 2026)
In accordance with the decision made by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 2083/05/22 (September 7, 2026), and pursuant to the Cooperative General Meeting (Operational Management) Directives, 2076 issued by the Department of Cooperatives, the 15th Unit-wise Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gaun Bikash Savings and Credit Co-operative Ltd. is scheduled to be held as detailed below to discuss and decide upon the specified agendas.
