संस्थाको परीचय ( introducation of saccos)
नेफ्स्कुनको साझेदारीमा प्रोमिस परियोजना संखुवासभा जिल्लामा रहि सोही कार्यालयका कर्मचारी तथा अभिकर्ता श्री पदम विनोद नीरौला ज्यु बाट अनौपचारीक रुपमा संचालन हुदै आएका सामुदायिक संस्थाहरुलाई समेटेर उनीहरुसंग रहेको बचतलाई सहकारी माध्यमबाट व्यावस्थापन गर्दै जाने उक्त्त परीयोजनाको उदेश्य रहेको र जिल्ला भरीका अधिकांस स्थानमा सहकारी स्थापना गर्ने शिलशिलामा यस चैनपुर बजारको रेड्क्रस भवनमा बुद्बीजिवि र सरोकारवाला समुहका जिम्वेवार व्याक्त्तिलाई विचार आदानप्रदान गर्न ३ पटक सम्म अन्तरक्रृिया गराई सो पश्चात मिति २०६८/११/२५ गते ४२ सदस्यबाट प्रती शेयर रु १००/- का दरले ,१ जनाबाट ५ कित्ता शेयर रु ५००/- का दरले शेयर संकलन गरी तदर्थ समितिका अध्यक्ष श्री उदय बहादुर डाँगीको नेतृत्वमा डिभिजन सहकारि कार्यलय धनकुटाबाट विनिमय सहित मिति २०६८/१२/१६ मा विधिवत रुपमा दर्ता गराई दर्ता नं. ४०/६८/०६९ कायम गरी समुदायमा रहेको सानो पुँजीलाई संकलन गरी उनीहरुकै जीवनस्तर उकास्न व्यावसायीक बनाई यसको माध्यमबाट शेयर सदस्यहरुको सामाजिक ,आर्थीक ,सांस्कृतिक उन्नतीका लागी आत्म निर्भर बनाउने र अन्य गतिविधिमा विकास गर्न सहुलियत दरमा व्याज लिने र ऋण प्रवाह गरी कारोबार संचालन गर्ने उदेश्यका साथ विधिवत रुपमा दर्ता भई सहकारी ऐन २०४८ बमोजिम सिमित दायित्व भएको गाँउ विकास साकोस संचालनमा रहेको छ । साथै पछिका दिनमा अग्रता कायम राख्दै जाने कुरामा यसको साथमा मर्सिकोर नेपाल सफल परियोजना रहेकोछ । यसमा अझ भन्नु पर्दा मर्सिकोर नेपाल जिल्ला अधिकृत संखुवासभाका श्री थरेन्द्र नेपाल ज्युले संस्थालाई भाैतिक सहयोग साथै संचालनका लागी आवश्यक सल्लाह , सुझाव , तालिम र मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गरेर अग्रता कायम गर्ने कुरा संचालक र संस्थाका लागी अविष्परणिय देन भई आभारी रहन पुगेको छ साथ साथै मर्सिकोर नेपालको प्रभिस परीयोजना अन्तर्गत यस संस्थामा आवद्ब गरेको सामाजिक संस्थाहरुलाई वित्तिय साक्षरता कक्षा संचालन गरी समुदायमा रहेको सदस्यहरु लाई र विध्यालयमा विध्याथी हरुलाई वित्तिय ज्ञान / जनचेतना दिएको थीयो । यसको उपजबाट सहकारीले विश्वास जित्न सकेर नै होला । डिभिजन सहकारी कार्यलय धनकुटाबाट प्रंशसा पत्र १ शिल्ड उत्कृिष्टताको प्रमाण पत्र पाउन सफल भएको छ । यसमा जिल्ला वचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संघ को पनि उत्तिकै भुमीका प्राप्त भएको छ । यसमा जिल्ला सवैभन्दा बढी शेयर सदस्य बनाउन सफल रहेकोमा रु ७०००/- नगद र प्रंशसा पत्र २०७३ सालको राष्ट्रिय सहकारी दिवरको अवसरमा दिलकुमारी स्मृति सभा भलनमा भएको कार्यक्रममा जिल्ला बचत ऋण सहकारी संघ संखुवासभाका अध्यक्ष युवराज शाक्य र कोषाध्यक्ष राजिव श्रेष्ठको बाहुलियता बाट संस्थाका अध्यक्ष श्री नेत्र बहादुर डाँगी ज्युलाई हस्तान्तरण भएको थीयो । साथै जिल्ला संघमा बढी शेयर किन्ने संस्थामा समेत प्रशंसा पत्र हात पार्न सफल रहेको छ । यस संस्थालाई सफल परीयोजना सहमती संस्था नवलपरासीले साझेदारीमा प्राविधिक र सैद्बान्तिक कुरामा स्थापना कालदेखि सहयोग पुर्याउन कार्य भईरहेको छ । यस संस्थाकाो प्रारम्भिक कार्यलाई पुरानो नगरपालिका कार्यालय हाल संयुक्त्त वडा कार्यालय चैनपुर ६ र ७ रहेको भूई तलामा २ वर्ष सम्म संचालन गरीएको थियो । यसमा ईन्दिरा खतिवडा खनाल बाट १३ महिना , इन्द्र बहादुर डाँगी बाट ४ महिना र भिम बहादुर कार्की ले २ महिना व्यावस्थापक सहयोगी काम गर्दै रहदा मिति २०७०/४/१० बाट श्री ओम नाथ गिरी ज्यु लाई नियुक्त्ति गरी संचालन रहेको छ । बढ्दो कारोवारलाई हेरी संस्थामा कार्यरत अन्य ४ जना कर्मचारीहरु नियुक्त्ती गरी ५ जनाले यस संस्था संचालन गर्दे आएको मा हाल २ जना कर्मचारी थप गरी संस्था संचालनमा रहेको छ ।
आगामी दिनहरूमा हाम्रो संस्थाले डिजिटल बैंकिङ सेवाको विस्तार, सदस्यहरूका लागि थप सुविधाजनक वित्तीय उत्पादनहरू ल्याउने योजना राखेको छ। हाम्रो विश्वास छ कि सहकारीले नेपालको आर्थिक विकासमा अझ ठूलो भूमिका खेल्न सक्ने अपेक्षा लिएको छ ।
Our cooperative was established for the economic upliftment of members and the development of the community. We provide transparent, accountable and member-oriented financial services. The core purpose of the organization is to empower every member financially and improve their quality of life through access to fair and reliable services.
The organization has been playing an important role in improving the living standards of thousands of members through savings, loans, and other financial services. Our service area has expanded from the local level and we continuously adopt new technologies and approaches, always keeping member convenience at the center of everything we do.
Giving special priority to women, youth and marginalized groups, our organization has been running financial literacy programs and awareness campaigns. Grounded in cooperative principles, we work for the benefit of one another and are committed to developing the community through collective effort and shared responsibility.
In the coming years, our organization plans to expand digital banking services, establish new branches, and introduce more convenient financial products for members. We firmly believe that the cooperative movement can play an even greater role in Nepal's economic development, and we remain dedicated to that mission with every step we take.
