संस्थाको सेवा प्रवाहलाई अझ प्रभावकारी, व्यवस्थित तथा सदस्यमैत्री बनाउन वि.सं. २०७८ मा संस्थाको निजी कार्यालय भवन निर्माण कार्य प्रारम्भ गरी सम्पन्न गरिएको थियो। आधुनिक पूर्वाधारसहित निर्माण गरिएको यस भवनले संस्थाको प्रशासनिक क्षमता अभिवृद्धि गर्नुका साथै सदस्यहरूलाई सहज, सुरक्षित र गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेलेको छ।

To enhance service delivery and strengthen institutional capacity, Gaun Bikash Saving and Credit Co-operative Ltd. constructed its own office building in 2078 B.S.
The modern office infrastructure has improved administrative efficiency and enabled the cooperative to provide more convenient, secure, and member-focused financial services.
